About 123 Pho

Located at 210 E 3rd St Unit e, Long Beach, CA 90802, 123 Pho operates as a vietnamese serving Long Beach in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bubble tea store, pho restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Long Beach, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 10 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (562) 552-6677. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, 123-pho.com.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 623 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded vietnamese & pho in Long Beach.

Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Long Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The drinks are delicious, and the staff members are very nice and polite. However, in my honest opinion, the pho needs a lot of improvement. The beef was quite tough instead of tender, the tendon seemed to contain too much fat and was not prepared with the chewy texture I expected, and the flank was dry rather than soft and tender. Since pho is such an important part of the menu, I think the restaurant should focus on improving the quality and consistency of the food before expanding to more locations. The restaurant is also very large, and it may be better to focus on making one location as successful as possible before expanding further. I have seen businesses improve by listening to customer feedback. For example, Krak Boba's earlier location received criticism about its drinks, but the business listened to customers and improved. Now they have expanded to many locations. This is just my honest review. The drinks and customer service are great, but the pho needs more attention and improvement. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously because it has the potential to become even better.

⭐️ 1-Star Review I went to 123 Pho and ordered a lemonade, but the drink was extremely sour and had no sweetness or sweetener whatsoever. It tasted like straight lemon juice, so I politely asked if I could get another one. Unfortunately, the guy helping me seemed to have an attitude about me asking for another lemonade. I wasn’t being difficultβ€”I simply asked for a drink that was actually drinkable. The lemonade was bad enough, but the attitude when I brought it up made the experience even more disappointing. Customer service should be better, especially when a customer is politely letting you know there’s a problem with their order.

Ordered the summer rolls (spring rolls ) literally 1 shrimp cut in half , most of it was noodles . Not worth the price . Very small also. And no peanut sauce. Employees were nice though.

We got the beef broth pho and the soy glazed salmon. Life's a peach tea The pho was very flavorful and hearty. Delicious and an immense portion. Salmon was very well cooked and perfectly crispy. Super amazing staff!!!

A very spacious dining space at 123 Pho in downtown Long Beach. I ordered the beef over rice and it was zesty and flavorful, the beef was tender but still meaty. Rice was a perfect companion. There is no trick in its presentation, but plain, simple and filling is what I was looking for in this lunch. Thank you for wonderful food and attentive staff that minded my belongings as I ordered.
